We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. Once your package is handed over to USPS, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days for domestic shipments.
While we do everything possible to ensure your package arrives quickly, once it leaves our facility, USPS is responsible for final delivery. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Damaged Items
We carefully pack all orders, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a free replacement. To process your claim, please:

✔️ Include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
✔️ Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
